No! While dogs and cats are our most popular customers, we also carry items for other pets such as rabbits, hamsters, birds, and even reptiles. We’re always adding new products to meet all your pet’s needs!

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package in real time.

Yes! We offer hassle-free returns within 14 or 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
